I poo pooed both Whisper and 1pd for so long, I used to be unbridle(d) 2 pd of all the time. Now I’m getting used to 1pd with Whisper, I quite like the combo on the GTPE. Auto hold on, propulsion sound off.

It is totally dependent on the application:
Twisty road with no advance traffic = 1PD Unbridle
Twisty Road with a car in front going reasonable fast = 2PD Unbridle + "L"
Twisty Road with a car in front going slow = 1PD Engage or 2PD Engage + "L"
Going to the store = 2PD Engage
Highway long trip = 2PD Whisper + Blue Cruise

Auto-hold always. There are probably more, but circumstances drive the result.

Not sure how you guys tolerate 2PD in city traffic, the creeping behavior drives me nuts. It's so binary, it either wants to go 4 MPH or slows hard to 0 MPH when you touch the brake. It's very difficult to maintain a 2 MPH creep in 2PD, I've had to resort to PWM brake pedal applications. I shouldn't have to think like a servo to drive this thing...
In stop & go city traffic I use ACC as much as I can (with all its warts and pitfalls). But yeah, imma 1PD kind guy when I'm driving without ACC engaged.

1PD Unbrideled. Closest mode to an overpowered stick.

1PD Engage.

Honestly i like the heavier 1PD regen though and would probably use 1PD Unbridled if the unbridled orange dash theme / animation didn’t make me feel like I’m an asshole

I've gotten so use to 1PD driving, I find it annoying when I have to drive my wife or kids ICE vehicles. The constant switching of pedals ugh.......(I know 1st world problems!!!).

Do you guys ever notice when you drive an ICE vehicle now; you take your foot off the "Go" pedal and it takes the brain a second to realize, the car is not slowing down by its self.

My preference is 2PD Engaged but I like the level of regen and tighter drive feel of Unbridled at times. In the snow, 1PD Whisper was great.

What is the difference in BlueCruise behavior based on the mode? I use Unbridle(d) and BC accelerates extremely slowly after a full stop, I always need to help it with the pedal. I don't think it will be even slower with other modes...

We never change driving modes, set to Engage. Sometimes when I take someone out to show them the vehicle, I switch to Unbridled.

I don’t think that there is a difference in BC behavior between modes. Some people think that there is though

Always happens the first time I take my foot off the accelerator when I drive our PHEV.Memory kicks in after that.

I'm curious about what configuration folks are using for their day-to-day driving.

Personally, I've been rocking 2PD Unbridled, but I'm considering going back to 1PD.
I've found I prefer 2pd Whisper because it is a smoother ride but I use the L button to decelerate and activate regeneration.
