It shouldn't have to do with not being scheduled for pickup. I registered using my VIN over a month before it got to the railyard. If you aren't already, try it on mobile. I never got it to work registering on a computer. Otherwise, my only recommendation is to try several times. I definitely didn't get it working on the first try, but it did work eventually.

I can’t believe it. Trying on my mobile device worked like a charm the first time. Interesting data we’re allowed to see. Doesn’t seem my ride is on the current list to be delivered but hopefully that changes soon! ?

I got MachDaddy last night! The dealer was actually pretty painless thank god - all the back and forth prior to delivery made for a quick pickup of the car.

We are loving it! It's so pretty!

I picked up my CR1 RWD ER Rapid Red today and--can you believe it--no hassles, no dealer shenanigans, 2.74% interest from my credit union, and the final price was $162 less than I calculated. Many thanks to Toycen Ford in Chippewa Falls, WI for making this a good buying experience.

I would like to thank three members of the 3/14 gang who made the long wait tolerable and informative as possible given the obstacles. Av8tor did yeoman work setting up a spreadsheet so many of us could follow the progress, and lack of same, for our orders. Bill S gave us a great Master Po impersonation with his calm encouragement for all us grasshoppers to be patient and civil consumers. Finally, mdpmdp helped me keep the faith when I was losing my enthusiasm over the long delays with his genius at figuring out where vehicles were located and when they moved. At age 76, this is my last vehicle and last few years of driving but it has been great fun to be part of this 3/14 gang as I drive off into the sunset.

Your dealer doesn't appear to use United Road as far as I can tell. Their account is disabled in United Road.

Gotcha. Thank you for looking. Trying to be patient but the car being 2 hours away from me and not being able to get into it sure is a test on that patience!

You'll get the "complete purchase" email and your ford pass app will let you "activate" the vehicle when it is delivered. I actually knew my MME was delivered before the salesman and GM ?

Our cars only got to the rail yard last night. we were on the same railcar. If they did make it to the dealer that quick that would be great. I haven't heard anything from Ford yet.

Says in Melvindale truck transport tracking only. I hope soon. My delivery date was changed to June 4-10th hopefully doesn’t stay there that long.

How long on average to de-train and get picked up by unitedroad?

Slight delay on my train. Arriving at the train station 15 miles from my dealer tomorrow. Anyone know if I should expect it to arrive in a day or so, or if there can be delays with loading up the cars on a truck to get to the dealer?
